Professional Support for School Staff

Professional Support for School Staff is first and foremost about supporting individuals. This is the main strength of the association.

Schools are becoming increasingly independent and therefore teachers and support staff need the expertise of a representative who is experienced in employment issues and familiar with dealing with governing bodies directly, rather than through local authorities.
